Where is my GoGetMe box?

Who is more excited: you or your dog? As soon as we’ve shipped your GoGetMe box from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. So you can both sit at the door/window and watch.

When will my GoGetMe box be sent?

We start preparing your box on the 1st day of the month, and shipping occurs on the 15th of the month. This way your box should arrive in the 3rd week of the month. Got it?

How is my box sent?

Your box is sent through Australia Post. It will arrive any time between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding PO Boxes).

We recommend that the delivery address you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. Got a job? Otherwise, if someone (not your dog) is available to receive your package at home you can choose this option, too. Lucky you.

Do I have to go to the post office to pick up my GoGetMe box?

If for some reason you’re not at home come delivery time, we’ll endeavour to leave your GoGetMe box in a secure place safe from any potential bad weather. This however is at the postman’s discretion. So don’t blame us. Blame him.

If for some reason he doesn’t feel safe leaving your parcel at your door, he will leave a card with your relevant post office address for pick up.

My GoGetMe box hasn't arrived.

Hold the puppy dog eyes. We ship on the 15th day of the month, so please allow 2-8 business days for it to arrive. If you think your GoGetMe box might be missing, email your Personal Pooch Assistant at ppa@gogetme.com.au.

Do you charge shipping fees?

We believe the best things in life are free. And isn’t shipping just the best?

Translation: shipping is free for Metropolitan Areas.

Some surcharges apply for regional or remote postage.

How do I change my shipping address?

Your account details, including your shipping address, can be changed at any time by logging into your GoGetMe account. Simply click on the subscription option and update your subscription address. If you’re having trouble with this email us at ppa@gogetme.com.au.

If your address change is made after we have collected addresses on the 15th of each month, this change will be reflected from the subsequent box.

Unfortunately we cannot intercept sent post to inform them of your address change, which is why it’s very important to keep these details up to date.

We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly, addresses that are not updated before we collect our shipment list or if you fail to pick up your GoGetMe box from your local post office following attempted delivery.

What happens if the contents of my GoGetMe box are damaged?

If it’s a bite mark it’s not our fault. For anything else, let us know and we’ll help you out. Just get in touch with your Personal Pooch Assistant: ppa@gogetme.com.au

Where in the world can you buy GoGetMe boxes?

Currently GoGetMe boxes are only available to Australian dogs through our website. Or, dogs of any nationality, which currently live in Australia. Same same, but different.

What is GoGetMe?

GoGetMe is a monthly delivery box for your dog, with treats, toys, tips, and tricks all delivered to your door.

What comes in a GoGetMe box?

Each month your Personal Pooch Assistant (PPA) selects between 4-6 dog toys and treats according to the information you’ve provided us about your dog – from their size to their breed to their temperament. Trust us, they know their stuff.

What is a PPA?

Consider us your “Personal Pooch Assistant”, here to take care of all of your dog admin, so that you can focus on the important things, like playing fetch.

Our PPA’s spend their time running around after our customers’ dogs, so our customers can spend more time running around with their dogs.

How do I sign up for GoGetMe?

Click on the "GoGetMe Started" button at GoGetMe.com. Then simply tell us a little about your pooch. Select the size and which GoGetMe plan you'd like. Then we just need your billing and shipping info, plus a few more questions about you and your dog.

How do I pay?

All GoGetMe subscription plans are monthly, but are paid for upfront. This way all you have to think about is where you put the lead.

What happens when my dog grows?

We have boxes for dogs of all ages, shapes and sizes, which you can update as your pooch gets older. Simply choose whether they’re A little fluffy (0-10kg), Pretty fluffy (10-20kg) or Super fluffy (+20kg). This can be done upon signing up, or before subscription renewals on the 1st of each month.

Where do you make your products?

When your PPA isn’t running around after your dog, they’re running around finding the best treats and toys in the world for your dog. More specifically, we source treats according to the following values: 

  • Made in Australia or New Zealand; 
  • Minimal processing of wheat, soy, corn;
  • Filler-free whenever possible;
  • Organic whenever possible;
  • Limited ingredient, if not single ingredient products

And our toys have the same high standards: 

  • High quality and last longer than a few hours;
  • Approved by our team of dog testers;
  • Keep your dog stimulated, happy, and healthy;

Can my dog choose what’s in the box? When will I know about the contents?

You know what dogs love? Surprises. Which is why our PPA spends so much time picking the best dog treats and toys available. Trust us, you’ll both love it. How many bones does GoGetMe cost?

The real question is how much do you love your dog? Our plans are billed monthly depending on the length of your subscription:

Twelve month plan = $39/GoGetMe

Six month plan = $43/ GoGetMe

Three month plan = $46/GoGetMe

One month plan = $49/GoGetMe

You and your pooch will be billed on the 1st of each month for the number of months you select. Your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following the last delivery of your current plan. Of course, you can cancel an upcoming renewal at anytime. (But you won’t, because you’ll love it.)

When do I have to pay?

Show us the money, Jerry. You will be billed on the 1st of each month depending on the length of your subscription. Your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following the last delivery of your current plan.

How can I pay?

Free puppies. Also your Credit/Debit card.

Why was my subscription renewed?

Remember how we told you that GoGetMe is a subscription service? It automatically renews every month unless you decide to cancel. Which would be silly. However, to update or cancel your subscription simply log into your account, go to your dashboard and click the subscription icon. Here you can update or cancel your details and box at any time. How do I update my billing information?

It’s easy: just log into your account and go to the Billing Info on your dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sad puppy eyes: we’re sorry to see you go. If there’s nothing we can do to convince you otherwise, here’s what to do:  

  1. Log into your GoGetMe account 
  2. Go to "Your Subscriptions" on the dashboard.
  3. Click on "Edit" next to the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Scroll down the page and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Please note: we have to process subscriptions by the 1st of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship all of the GoGetMe boxes by the 15th of the month.

How do I change my subscription?

We’ve made this real easy for you. Simply log in to your GoGetMe account and go to your subscription page.

Please make any changes by the 1st of the month, in order to meet the deadline for the month’s shipment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes: don’t.

But if you must, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, just log in to your account, go to the subscriptions page, and click ‘cancel’. You will still receive the GoGetMe box you have already paid for but your subscription will not renew.

Please note that we process subscriptions payments by the 1st of each month, in order to make sure we can package, label, and ship all of the GoGetMe boxes by the end of the month. I’m sorry we do not refund, or give partial refunds.

Gifts, Promo Codes, Coupon Codes

My pooch was gifted. Now I want to activate the rest of my subscription. Tell me how.

All GoGetMe gift box recipients will receive an email after their first box delivery. Your Personal Pooch Assistant will tell you how to set up your own subscription account.

You’ll simply need to tell us a few things about you and your dog: address, profile, payment options, allergies and your dog's size.

Can I send GoGetMe as a gift?

Be Man’s Best Friend’s best friend. You can gift GoGetMe boxes to any pooch you'd like.

Please note that gifts will not renew automatically.

My promo code / coupon isn’t working.

There could be a few things going on here, so make sure you check over the details: the coupon may be for new subscribers and you already have a subscription - or the coupon may only be applicable to certain plans.

I’m at the last month of my gift subscription. Now what?

At the start of your last month your PPA will send you an email to let you know where and how to sign up to continue receiving a GoGetMe box. The answer is always yes.
